Consentimiento informado para la publicación de información personal

En cumplimiento con la ley 26529, "Derechos del paciente, historia clínica y consentimiento informado", es necesario contar con el consentimiento previo del paciente o el de sus representantes legales en las exposiciones con fines académicos en las que se puede, real o potencialmente, identificar al paciente, cualquiera sea su soporte.
No se requerirá autorización cuando el material objeto de exposición académica sea meramente estadístico, o utilizado con fines epidemiológicos y no permite identificar la persona del paciente. A tales fines se requerirá la rúbrica del profesional tratante asumiendo la responsabilidad por la divulgación y el carácter de la información.

Consent for Publication of Personal Information in Biomedical Journals

In compliance with the Law 26529, "Patient rights, medical records and informed consent", it is necessary to have the consent of the patient or their legal representatives in the exhibitions for academic purposes in which you can, actually or potentially, identify the patient, regardless of presentation format.
No authorization is required when the material, object of academic exposure, is purely statistical, or used for epidemiological purposes and does not identify the individual patient. To this end the rubric of the physician will be required to assume responsibility for the disclosure and the nature of the information.
